ARMOPUR® DTM 113 MATTE

Two‑component matte acrylic‑polyurethane primer‑finish coating DTM (Direct-to-Metal) provides excellent anticorrosion and weather resistance. Cured with an aliphatic isocyanate, offering a universal solution for durable all‑in‑one coatings. Can be used as a standalone coating or as a finish layer for metal structures and ACE (agricultural, construction and earth‑moving) equipment.

  • When applied in a two‑coat system, it can be used as a standalone coating;
  • Zinc phosphate is used as the anticorrosion pigment;
  • Excellent resistance to atmospheric exposure and wear;
  • Suitable for use as a matte topcoat on epoxy and acrylic‑polyurethane systems exposed to atmospheric and/or chemical agents;
  • Recommended for painting transportation, equipment, external surfaces of tanks, steel frames and other steel structures, and machinery equipment.
  • Provides good adhesion to various plastics (except PE/PP).
  • Solid content of the mixture: 47 ± 2% | *49 ± 2%.
  • Solid content of the base: 55–75%.
  • Mixture density: 1.1–1.2 kg/L.
  • Base viscosity: >180 s (DIN4).
  • Mixture viscosity: 65–85 s (DIN4).
  • Mixture pot life: 4 h.
  • Drying time for a dry film thickness of 50 µm:
  • +10 °C:
    • From dust: 30 min
    • Recoat: 6 h
    • Minimum intercoat drying: 15 min
  • +23 °C:
    • From dust: 20 min
    • Recoat: 4 h
    • Minimum intercoat drying: 5–7 min
  • +35 °C:
    • From dust: 10 min
    • Recoat: 2 h
    • Minimum intercoat drying: 5 min
  • Thermal drying:
    • +60 °C: 30 min
  • Full cure of the coating: 7 days under ambient drying.

    Data are given at 65% relative humidity. Values may change with humidity variations.
