ARMOPUR® DTM 113 TEXTURED

Two‑component acrylic‑polyurethane anti‑corrosion, weather‑resistant primer‑finish coating with a textured effect. Aliphatic polyisocyanate is used as a hardener.

  • In a two‑coat application it can be used as a standalone coating;
  • Zinc phosphate is used as the anticorrosion pigment;
  • Excellent resistance to atmospheric exposure and wear;
  • Suitable for use as a matte topcoat for epoxy and acrylic‑polyurethane systems exposed to atmospheric and/or chemical conditions;
  • Recommended for painting vehicles, equipment, external surfaces of tanks, steel frames and other steel structures, and machine equipment.
  • Shows good adhesion to various plastics (except PE/PP).
  • Volume of solids: 51 ± 2% | *54 ± 2%.
  • Weight of solids: 55–75%.
  • Mixture density: 1.1–1.2 kg/L.
  • Binder viscosity: >180 s (DIN4).
  • Mixture viscosity: 65–85 s (DIN4).
  • Mixture pot life: 4 h.
  • Drying time for a 50 µm dry film thickness:
  • +10 °C:
    • "From dust": 30 minutes
    • "To tack": 6 hours
    • Minimum intercoat drying: 15 minutes
  • +23 °C:
    • "From dust": 20 minutes
    • "To tack": 4 hours
    • Minimum intercoat drying: 5–7 minutes
  • +35 °C:
    • "From dust": 10 minutes
    • "To tack": 2 hours
    • Minimum intercoat drying: 5 minutes
  • Thermal drying:
    • +60 °C: 30 minutes
  • Full film formation: 7 days under natural drying.
