ARMOPUR® DTM 113 Gloss

Primer‑finish coating two‑component semi‑gloss acrylic‑polyurethane anticorrosive, weather‑resistant. An aliphatic polyisocyanate is used as the hardener.

  • When applied in two coats, it can be used as a standalone coating;
  • Zinc phosphate is used as the anticorrosion pigment;
  • Excellent resistance to atmospheric exposure and wear;
  • Suitable for use as a semi‑gloss topcoat on epoxy and acrylic‑polyurethane systems exposed to atmospheric and/or chemical conditions;
  • Recommended for painting transport, equipment, external surfaces of tanks, steel frames and other steel structures, and machine equipment.
  • Solid content of the mixture: 50 ± 2% | *52 ± 2%.
  • Solid content of the base: 55–75%.
  • Mixture density: 1.1–1.2 kg/L.
  • Base viscosity: >180 s (DIN4).
  • Mixture viscosity: 65–85 s (DIN4).
  • Mixture pot life: 4 h.
  • Drying time for a dry film thickness of 50 µm:
  • +10 °C:
    • "From dust": 30 min
    • "Touch dry": 6 h
    • Minimum intercoat drying: 15 min
  • +23 °C:
    • "From dust": 20 min
    • "Touch dry": 4 h
    • Minimum intercoat drying: 5–7 min
  • +35 °C:
    • "From dust": 10 min
    • "Touch dry": 2 h
    • Minimum intercoat drying: 5 min
  • Temperature drying:
    • +60 °C: 30 min
  • Complete coating formation: 7 days under ambient drying.
